Anyway, I can't find the download to the encoder so i'm assuming that's out?

Would installing adobe flash pro do anything for the quality of my cam or is that for something else entirely?

I followed the link in the 'improve your video quality' toolbar thing and the only download thing I see is for the pro thingy bob.
