I recomand you a nice trilogy-----The millenium Trilogy(Sweeden) .They are in this order:
''The girl with the Dragon Tattoo''
''The Girl Who Played With Fire''
''The Girl Who Kicked The Hornet's Nest''

It is not a thriller/horror movie, is more action/crime/mstery by Stieg Larsson.

American Psycho (2000)

Even if you LOVE Mila Kunis, dont ever waste your time watching the sequel to this "American Psycho 2"

Thank you, for the cute word to my "Living, and stranded on an island in Canada", Aria. I wanted to try to have something funny. I didn't know you didn't want 60-80's horror, thriller, ghost, and mind twisted movies. If I knew, then I wouldn't have posted the six movies I did. I tried to edit my first post because of a little mistake, but I wasn't in time to do it, so I had to post a similar one. Here are the thrillers that are psychological, too that aren't 60-80's ones.
the Cell (2000), the Exorcism of Emily Rose (2005), the Strangers (2008), Silent Hill (2006), 1408 (2007), Shutter Island (2010), Inception (2010)

love love loved the stangers, good heart pouding nonstop on adge of ur seat kinda movie, I hear there coming out with another, cant wait! hehe as for the other, seen them all as well... my my im hard to plz hehe theres a thought, sould grab a cam and make my own horror movie, since most movies coming out r made to belive there real anyways, not sure about me acting tho , id be likre...............oh my god its a ghost...and start laughing my ass off.... psychological thrillers r my fav forsure tho, when I see a funny movie, I cant laugjh and if I see it with other people who r cracking up, I think thats the only thing that makes me laugh, like when sombodys yawns..u yawn..sombdy laughs...... thanks for ur post tho :)

Here is a movie, which is classified as a horror that I saw on one of the movie channels last night called Vanishing On 7th Street (2010) you might want to see, Aria. I thought it was a bizarre one. I've been trying to think of some 2000 good, ghost movies to post.

Aria, if you are looking for more movies to watch, then you might, and would want to see Sinister (2012), the second "Silent Hill" called Silent Hill: Revelation (2012).
