I have thought about the idea of choosing my favorite picture from 12 of my favorite models to have them printed and made into a 2025 Calendar. I am still choosing my 12, but for now, who would be your Mr. January 2025?

It’s not like I’m suggesting devoting an entire room to their pictures with candles lit and daily rituals. It is a simple calendar— how is it that much different than any calendar that has pictures of people in it? As for it being legal or not, it’s not like I’m selling it for profit or claiming it as my own creation, And either way, all I did was ask what people thought they would pick as Mr January.

As for it being legal or not, it’s not like I’m selling it for profit or claiming it as my own creation, And either way, all I did was ask what people thought they would pick as Mr January.

I took a screenshot of a model about eight years ago. Have I been illegal all this time? If flirt stopped my use of the site then, shouldn’t they refund the many thousands of dollars they let me spend here after the infraction?

It is very creepy, the calendars that you are refering to are always planned and agreed upon with the people in them. Youre suggesting taking copyrighted pictures and splicing them into a calendar without any consent of the model. Pretty unhinged and disturbing but not surprising i guess

Why do you keep arguing this? Their privacy is protected legally, and even if it weren't, people should have the respect not to copy their images for who-knows-who to see. Flirt's policy is clear.

I don't think it is creepy. If you are concerned about copyright you can ask the model to send you a selfie via Messages (email) or through his social media account, pay him tips and get his explicit permission to print it out for your own use.
