I recently had a private show on 10/29/2024 @ 9:32pm ET that was interrupted by technical trouble. After 2 minutes in the show, the video feed went off. The chat was still working, but I couldn't see the model. I tried reloading and changing settings for several minutes, but at 5 minutes the show just ended. The model told me afterwards she had lost her connection and had to re-login. After she did, I could start the show again and everything worked fine, but for the initial failed 5min show I was wondering if a refund can be given under such circumstances.
