My account is not letting the model get all of my DMs and when they say they message me back, it never shows. Why is this not working?


Thank you for taking the time to contact us via the forums. We will be reaching out to you directly to attain some more information. So please keep a lookout for an email form us shortly. In the meantime however, we do want to advise that if you are using multiple screen names when using the DM+ feature you will need to switch back and forth to the screen name you used when sending the DM+ message to be able to see any new messages you received on the alternate screen name.
